Fits CARTER 1-BBL carburetors. Replaces OEM number E3PZ-9S552-C. A combination of an electric solenoid and a vacuum operated slow closer on a common shaft, that
mounts on a carburetor and controls the idle position of the throttle valves. Used to provide A/C speed-up or anti-diesel as well as slow closing of the throttle valves.
